Scott Theeringer

Scott Theeringer, President and CEO

Real estate executive and developer with 30+ years of full turnkey commercial development, acquisitions, construction and dispositions. Scott’s deep experience includes multifamily, and industrial/distribution and warehouse, office, medical and retail. Extensive experience working within the private equity sector, family offices, large publicly traded entities, and real estate investment trusts.

Scott’s development experience includes 3,500 lots, 3,000 apartment units, and over $4 billion in commercial projects with DR Horton, Toll Brothers, KB, Lennar.

 

Rob Kleifgen

EVP of Capital

 

Rob Kleifgen, EVP of Capital

Seasoned real estate banker with over 20 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate underwriting, structuring, lending, and secured-loan acquisitions, management, and workouts.

Extensive experience in all aspects of executive financial operations, investment banking, property and organizational level modeling, financial risk analysis and mitigations, compliance, banking and capital relationships, accounting oversight, and operational team management.

 

Phil Tinsley

EVP of Real Estate

 

Phil Tinsley, EVP of Real Estate

Real estate developer with over 20 years of experience across asset classes including high rise condominium, multifamily, assisted living, hotel, retail, office, and single-family lot development. Phil was a key member of the development team for the $350 million Dallas Convention Center Hotel and The Tribute master-planned residential golf community in The Colony, TX. Over his career, Phil has been a trusted advisor to two international family offices, worked on Wall Street for UBS Investment Bank, and was the head of Real Estate Entitlements at Amazon for the Southern Region (Texas to Florida). With a JD and MBA, Phil brings his broad real estate experience to bear to find solutions, execute projects and close deals.

Bill is a seasoned fundraiser with over 30 years of experience sourcing capital. He has actively advised buyers and sellers on mergers and acquisitions, capital strategies and exit opportunities throughout his career.

Having owned a Broker Dealer and an investment Banking practice, Bill brings a broad knowledge and experience to the team.
