Scott Theeringer

President and CEO

Scott Theeringer, President and CEO

Real estate executive and developer with 30+ years of full turnkey commercial development, acquisitions, construction and dispositions. Scott’s deep experience includes multifamily, and industrial/distribution and warehouse, office, medical and retail. Extensive experience working within the private equity sector, family offices, large publicly traded entities, and real estate investment trusts.

Scott’s development experience includes 3,500 lots, 3,000 apartment units, and over $4 billion in commercial projects with DR Horton, Toll Brothers, KB, Lennar.

Phil Tinsley

EVP of Real Estate

Phil Tinsley, EVP of Real Estate

Real estate developer with over 20 years of experience across asset classes including high rise condominium, multifamily, assisted living, hotel, retail, office, and single-family lot development. Phil was a key member of the development team for the $350 million Dallas Convention Center Hotel and The Tribute master-planned residential golf community in The Colony, TX. Over his career, Phil has been a trusted advisor to two international family offices, worked on Wall Street for UBS Investment Bank, and was the head of Real Estate Entitlements at Amazon for the Southern Region (Texas to Florida). With a JD and MBA, Phil brings his broad real estate experience to bear to find solutions, execute projects and close deals.

Rob Kleifgen

EVP of Capital

Rob Kleifgen, EVP of Capital

Seasoned real estate banker with over 20 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate underwriting, structuring, lending, and secured-loan acquisitions, management, and workouts.

Extensive experience in all aspects of executive financial operations, investment banking, property and organizational level modeling, financial risk analysis and mitigations, compliance, banking and capital relationships, accounting oversight, and operational team management.

Bart Young, VP, Strategic Operations

Bart Young brings over 30 years of experience in building and managing operational systems that drive clarity, accuracy, and accelerated execution. At M&A, he leads the design and oversight of internal controls and operational improvements, that keep projects aligned, teams accountable, and data flowing cleanly. His work ensures every investment moves through the cycle with full visibility, disciplined standards, oversight, and consistent performance.

An accomplished Project Management Professional with over 25 years’ experience.  John has a reputation for gaining an in-depth understanding of a project’s value, resources, and core metrics thus providing management requirements for feasibility to recommending and implementing effective project solutions. Nije’e Cooper serves as Director of Capital Investments. With expertise in underwriting and investor relations, he excels at building strategic relationships with developers, institutional partners, and family offices. Known for his energy, focus, and people-first approach, Nije’e drives value creation by aligning capital with high-impact private equity, private credit, co-investment, and secondary vehicles focused on real estate development and acquisitions.

With over a decade of experience in land development and real estate acquisitions, Josh has a proven track record of driving growth and adding value across multiple markets. Most recently, he successfully led the development of a 96-lot community.

As a Development Executive, Josh expanded operations, contributing $45 million to the project pipeline while overseeing acquisition negotiations and managing projects through the rezoning and entitlement phases. Previously, he co-founded a company that evolved from a small start-up into a prominent town home developer in the Dallas and Austin areas, amassing a portfolio valued at over $100 million.

A graduate of the Master of Real Estate Development program at Arizona State University, Josh is committed to creating innovative solutions in land acquisition and development, and passionate about building sustainable communities in Texas.

Eugene “Geno” McNeil
