We create value and maximize concept plans in every project we complete, so we have builders come to us for a “first look”. The company forecasts the needs and anticipation of market movements. We meet with and collaborate with builders to know what their expectations are in the coming months and years ahead.

We deliver entitled properties in a timely manner to our partners through a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals.

- Seek out prime location sites throughout DFW, Austin, San Antonio & Houston
- Determine the value of the land and if it fits our valuation model.
- Due Diligence to determine the feasibility of a property’s potential.
- Does the property have any constraints that cannot be overcome.
- Are we able to accomplish zoning changes, site concept plans with high lot yield, and obtain entitlements?
- Are there any curative title issues?
- Surveys, Engineering, Zoning, Planning, and Jurisdictions
- Transaction Size is typically $1 Mil – $12 Mil
- Dispositions
