Scott Theeringer

President and CEO

 

Scott Theeringer, President and CEO

Real estate executive and developer with 30+ years of full turnkey commercial development, acquisitions, construction and dispositions. Scott’s deep experience includes multifamily, and industrial/distribution and warehouse, office, medical and retail. Extensive experience working within the private equity sector, family offices, large publicly traded entities, and real estate investment trusts.

Scott’s development experience includes 3,500 lots, 3,000 apartment units, and over $4 billion in commercial projects with DR Horton, Toll Brothers, KB, Lennar.

 

Phil Tinsley

EVP of Real Estate

 

Phil Tinsley, EVP of Real Estate

Real estate developer with over 20 years of experience across asset classes including high rise condominium, multifamily, assisted living, hotel, retail, office, and single-family lot development. Phil was a key member of the development team for the $350 million Dallas Convention Center Hotel and The Tribute master-planned residential golf community in The Colony, TX. Over his career, Phil has been a trusted advisor to two international family offices, worked on Wall Street for UBS Investment Bank, and was the head of Real Estate Entitlements at Amazon for the Southern Region (Texas to Florida). With a JD and MBA, Phil brings his broad real estate experience to bear to find solutions, execute projects and close deals.

Rob Kleifgen

EVP of Capital

 

Rob Kleifgen, EVP of Capital

Seasoned real estate banker with over 20 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate underwriting, structuring, lending, and secured-loan acquisitions, management, and workouts.

Extensive experience in all aspects of executive financial operations, investment banking, property and organizational level modeling, financial risk analysis and mitigations, compliance, banking and capital relationships, accounting oversight, and operational team management.

 

Daniel Bearden

Daniel is a seasoned expert in real estate development and capital raising, boasting over 20 years of experience in delivering transformative results across residential and multifamily projects.

His strategic leadership in capital fundraising has secured financing for numerous development initiatives, making him a trusted partner for accredited investors and stakeholders. Transitioning into multifamily development, Daniel has successfully collaborated with builders and developers on large-scale projects, showcasing exceptional financial acumen and the ability to navigate complex transactions.

Bill Massie

Bill Massie, Investor Relations

Bill is a seasoned fundraiser with over 30 years of experience sourcing capital. He has actively advised buyers and sellers on mergers and acquisitions, capital strategies and exit opportunities throughout his career.

Having owned a Broker Dealer and an investment Banking practice, Bill brings a broad knowledge and experience to the team.

Will is a former wealth advisor with 8 years of experience in providing financial advice to high-net-worth individuals and businesses. He possesses expertise in financial planning, investment management, risk assessment, and retirement planning. Will has a proven track record in developing tailored financial strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals, optimize investments, and manage wealth effectively.

Before joining M&A Development he managed over $1B in accredited investor relationships for multiple broker dealers.  He now utilizes his talents and experience by educating investors about the value of real estate in a well-diversified portfolio.

Will is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, husband to his wonderful wife Jenifer, an avid OU football fan and outdoorsman.

His innovative approach has yielded successful real estate projects in Texas, Georgia, Colorado, and Florida. Driven by a passion for excellence, Anthony is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for clients, ensuring their real estate journey is seamless and rewarding.

 

Angela Hampton

Angela Hampton, Director of Operations

A real estate professional and paralegal with over 25 years of experience. Angela has experience as a real estate broker, real estate appraiser for commercial and residential projects, land management, property management, and real estate investing in Texas and Oklahoma. With a proven track record of success and a passion for excellence. She stands as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader in the field of land acquisitions and development.

 

Josh Bosler

Acquisition Manager

 

Josh Bosler, Acquisition Manager

With over a decade of experience in land development and real estate acquisitions, Josh has a proven track record of driving growth and adding value across multiple markets. Most recently, he successfully led the development of a 96-lot community.

As a Development Executive, Josh expanded operations, contributing $45 million to the project pipeline while overseeing acquisition negotiations and managing projects through the rezoning and entitlement phases. Previously, he co-founded a company that evolved from a small start-up into a prominent town home developer in the Dallas and Austin areas, amassing a portfolio valued at over $100 million.

A graduate of the Master of Real Estate Development program at Arizona State University, Josh is committed to creating innovative solutions in land acquisition and development, and passionate about building sustainable communities in Texas.

Clayton DeHaan

Clayton DeHaan, Land Acquistion Manager

Throughout his career, Clayton has successfully managed a diverse range of real estate projects across multiple markets, including San Antonio, Austin, the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and various sub-markets in the Hill Country and South Texas.

Clayton is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he began his career in farm and ranch sales. This experience ignited his passion for land acquisition and development, leading him to work for a prominent family office in San Antonio.

During his tenure there, he refined his expertise in acquisition, portfolio management, and the development of both commercial and raw land projects. Clayton's extensive knowledge of Texas markets, combined with his background in land development, makes him a valuable asset to the team.

John McKenzie

An accomplished Project Management Professional with over 25 years’ experience.  John has a reputation for gaining an in-depth understanding of a project’s value, resources, and core metrics thus providing management requirements for feasibility to recommending and implementing effective project solutions. John is an expert in analyzing real estate development and construction, generating strategic reports and data analytics to propel business success.

Jeff has in-depth knowledge of land development, from land acquisition and entitlements to full horizontal development and construction.  Jeff has focused most of his career developing single-family residential and town home lots for major Texas home builders.

His in-depth knowledge of the Texas markets, paired with a sharp analytical perspective on investment opportunities, ensures projects are grounded in solid acquisitions.

With strong leadership and negotiation skills developed through diverse real estate transactions, Geno navigates complex deals with confidence and precision. Whether overseeing multi-million-dollar investments or collaborating with stakeholders, he is dedicated to excellence and possesses a genuine passion for the real estate field.
